We can help in sourcing suitable factories and arranging introductions. We can be on hand to guide our client through the initial stages of a relationship. We can assist in setting real and achievable expectations, leading to the creation of a mutually agreed Manufacturing Agreement between our customer and the chosen factory.

If the customer already has a factory that has provided past satisfaction then it is not a problem for us to work within that existing sourcing framework. We will be able to advise on the implications of this once we have scouted the factory to assess their technical ability, the level of resources available to them, their geographical location, and their ability to share resources in order to provide our customers with the high level of service and economies of production that they should expect.

Alternatively, the client may choose to include the option of making use of our own Sample Room facility for product development.   At the client's discretion, this could be transferred to another factory at the completion of this development phase: either at the end of the 1st or 2nd round of the prototyping phase, or even after full commercialisation if required
